BD Security files DRHP on NSE Emerge for IPO | Stock Market News

BD Security Limited (BDS), a prominent provider of security services and Telecom O&M, on Thursday, filed draft papers to raise funds via initial public offering (IPO).

The company has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus to NSE Emerge as part of the IPO process. BDS plans to issue 44,56,000 new equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10.

As the company progresses with its IPO plans, the funds raised will be allocated to meet its working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes. This capital will help support the company’s strategic goals, enhance its competitive edge, and foster growth.

For the period ending March 31, 2024, the company reported revenues of ₹ 11,859.20 Lakhs, with an EBITDA of ₹ 1,424.69 Lakhs and a PAT of ₹ 801.87 Lakhs.

Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager for the issue, while Skyline Financial Services Private Limited will act as the Registrar for the issue.
