The public issue received a massive response from investors, as it received bids for 46,28,35,82,522 shares against 72,75,75,756 shares offered in the IPO, thus getting subscribed 63.61 times by the final day of subscription.

Bajaj Housing Finance IPO, a book-built issue of Rs 6,560.00 crore, comprised a fresh issue of 508,571,429 shares and an offer for sale of 428,571,429 shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The issue was available at a price band of Rs 66-70, with a lot size of 214 shares. Bajaj Housing Finance IPO raised Rs 1,758.00 crore from anchor investors concluded on September 6, 2024.
Bajaj Housing Finance will utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue of the IPO towards augmenting the capital base to meet future business requirements of the company towards onward lending.
